We aim to deliver and install within agreed timelines; however, delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or supply issues, shall not constitute grounds for order cancellation or claims for damages.

5. Quality and Variations

Natural stone products may vary in color, pattern, and texture. These variations are natural characteristics and are not considered defects. Al Dimashqi Marble & Granite Factory L.L.C. does not accept claims based on these natural variations.

6. Cancellation and Returns

Orders customized to customer specifications cannot be canceled or returned. Returns or cancellations on standard products may be considered at our discretion and may incur restocking fees.

7. Warranty and Liability

Our products and installations are warranted against defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or external factors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, designs, logos, and descriptions provided by Al Dimashqi Marble & Granite Factory L.L.C. is our intellectual property. Unauthorized use or duplication without our explicit consent is prohibited.
